In order to assure its customers of the reliability of its analyzes, LabTox SA has set up a quality process that has been controlled by external specialists and accredited according to the ISO 17'025 standard since 2009.
Accreditation is an official recognition of a laboratory's ability to provide analytical services. ISO 17'025 is specially adapted for laboratories. It asks the laboratory to identify all the parameters likely to have an influence on its test results (analyzes) and to set up documented and traceable processes to ensure their control.
The field of accreditation covers the detection of asbestos in materials, by optical and electronic microscopy as well as the counting of asbestos fibers in the air.
